Big birthday wishes are in order for our girl, Bella Hadid!
The model celebrated her 26th birthday on October 9, and she was spotted making her way to her very own surprise birthday party at Lucali in Brooklyn that same night. The birthday girl stepped out in an outfit made for a late-night soireé, showing off how super-strong she is in a see-through, lacy, midi dress that exposed black thong undies. She paired the 'fit with an oversized leather motorcycle jacket, silver sandal heels, and sunglasses.
While it was definitely a fashion moment, it was also hard to miss how totally sculpted her entire body was in this dress. Here's a shot of the newly-minted 26-year-old out on the town:
To stay so strong, Bella follows a disciplined workout regimen, and back in August, she shared snaps on Instagram from a tough workout at Gotham Gym. In the shots, Bella was doing lots of stretching on a ballet barre (important for any workout!), as well as some dumbbell training.
And she also loves to get in workouts with friends. In November of 2021, Dua Lipa shared a photo dump on Instagram that included a snap of herself and Bella getting in a workout together, each posing with dumbbells.
And in January of 2022, Bella was spotted leaving a Pilates class alongside her bestie Hailey Bieber. Pilates is a great, low-impact workout that can target and tone specific muscle groups.
These days, Bella is focused on working out three times a week and drinking lots of water, she told W Magazine in January 2022. “I know that they’re all really lame,” she shared. “But I keep it very simple because I also know that once I start to go, ‘Oh, I'm going to do this and this and this!’ then I end up letting myself down and I don’t want to do that.”
Besides drinking lots of water, another way Bella stays healthy is by ditching alcohol. "I have done my fair share of drinking,” Bella told InStyle. “I loved alcohol and it got to the point where even I started to, you know, cancel nights out that I felt like I wouldn't be able to control myself.”
But she also is a self-described “Domino’s lover,” per Harper's Bazaar, and shared with the publication that she was trying to cook at home more. “I’d have pizza, burgers, and everything in one day and not even think about it,” she said.
And Bella seems to be sticking to that mantra, since she also has been sharing her delicious kitchen creations on TikTok.
