Bilaspur (New World Rep.). Working on the computer all day or studying late can not only tire the eyes but the stress can also affect their brightness. If you don’t want to spoil your facial beauty with thick glasses then do this exercise when you are stressed at work.
Relaxation exercise: This is an effective exercise to reduce eye strain. You can do it anytime. For this, first, rub both hands together and then quickly place them over the eyes. There should be darkness before the eyes. After a few moments remove the hands and slowly open the eyes.

Blink: This is a very simple exercise to reduce the tension on the eyes. Blink your eyelids continuously for at least three to four seconds and close your eyes rapidly. Open your eyes after a few seconds. You will feel relaxed.
दुर तक देशेश: For this you pick a target that is far from your vision and try to see it. Do this exercise for at least five to ten minutes. It strengthens distance vision and increases vision.
This is a good exercise to increase eye flexibility. Focus at least 10 feet in front of you. Visualize the number 8 in front of you and keep looking at it. Focus the eyes on the lines of this number and move the eye based on its shape.
Zoom: This is a good exercise to sharpen focus. Focus on your thumb. Slowly bring the thumb close to the eyes and then slowly move away from the eyes.
