Halton police are investigating after a theft occurred at the Prada store at Toronto Premium Outlets in Halton Hills.
According to police, the theft occurred on Aug. 16 and involved a male suspect who entered the store located at 13850 Steeles Ave. W.
Police say the suspect selected a Prada tri-coloured cardholder and concealed it.
The suspect then went into a fitting room and removed the security tag, according to police.
Police say he was confronted by staff about the theft upon exiting the fitting room, but he ignored their questions and fled the store immediately.
According to police, the suspect is described as a male between 50 and 60 years of age with short white/grey hair and a short white beard. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, black shorts, grey shoes, a black/grey tote bag and eyeglasses.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the HRPS or Crime Stoppers.
